The SILO is an u(dys)topic building celebrating life. From its origin (the sea) to its current habitat (the shore). Standing in the water, or is it walking? A brutalist building with soft (no) edges.

The SILO rises from the SEA willing to go to the SHORE, like mankind has done in its evolution. On the first six floors (the evolution of mankind) it opens to the sea. On the next four floors (the solution to the existing environmental threads) to the shore.

The floors are ISLANDS and connected by a CASCADE of STAIRS giving a look throughout the building. The first six floors are also connected by a large VIDE overlooking the sea. Another VIDE combines the the four following floors overlooking to the shore.
